The conversion in one line
Minecraft scales sensitivity along a curve rather than a straight line, so there is no single multiplier. The calculator above and the table below both follow the curve.
The values people play at
At 800 DPI. The cm/360 column is the desk distance for one full turn — the same in both games, which is the whole point of converting.

What each game’s number means
Minecraft (Java)
Enter the menu percentage (0–200%). Minecraft uses a cubic curve, so the relationship is not linear and rounding to the nearest slider step matters.
Decompiled MouseHandler: yaw per count = 1.2 × (0.6·s + 0.2)³ with s = percent ÷ 200.
Documented modelVALORANT
Hip-fire conversion. Scoped multipliers are intentionally excluded.
Riot-documented 0.07 yaw; verified 360° measurement.
Verified modelWhere professional players sit
Published VALORANT pro settings cluster between roughly 200 and 350 eDPI (0.25–0.45 at 800 DPI).
A published pro setting is a description of what works for one player on one mouse, not a target. The eDPI calculator shows where your own number lands.
Frequently asked questions
What is Minecraft 70% in VALORANT?
VALORANT 1.182, at any DPI as long as it is the same in both games. At 800 DPI that is 13.8 cm of mouse movement for one full turn.
Why is there no single Minecraft to VALORANT multiplier?
Minecraft turns its menu percentage into a rotation along a curve, not a straight line, so the ratio changes along the slider. Use the calculator or the table; both follow the curve.
Does this convert scoped or ADS sensitivity?
No. It converts hip-fire only. Zoomed sensitivity is a separate setting in most games and depends on the zoom’s field of view, so set it inside the new game once the hip-fire value feels right.
Should I type the exact number?
Type the closest value the menu accepts; the table already rounds to each game’s menu precision. Then check it with a slow 360° turn: the desk distance should match what you are used to.
