What a green capability means
A supported result means this browser exposes the relevant JavaScript interface in the current page context. It does not prove that a connected device will use the standard mapping, that every operating-system shortcut will reach a page or that high-rate pointer events will be delivered one by one.
Why browser results can differ
Browser version, connection security, extensions, enterprise policies and privacy settings can change which device features are available. Compare the same device in a current browser and keep the connection method unchanged when you repeat a test.
