Recommended starting settings

Call of Duty binds sprint, tactical sprint, slide and dive to two keys, and the settings below decide which of those a press produces. Get them wrong and the controls page above is accurate and still useless — the key is right, the behaviour it triggers is not the one you wanted.

With it on the operator sprints as soon as you move forward, so the sprint key is freed for tactical sprint on a single tap instead of a double. That removes the most common failed input in the game.

Double tap is the default and it is a rhythm, not a press — under pressure it drops. Single tap turns it into a key you can hit while thinking about something else.

Hold means crouch and slide share a duration, so a slide you wanted becomes a crouch you did not. Tap separates them: tap to slide, tap mid-sprint to dive.

Toggle saves a finger and costs you the release. Coming out of a sight is as time-critical as going into one, and on toggle it is a second decision rather than letting go.

ADS Sensitivity Multiplier 1.00, then lower 0.01 – 2.00

Multiplies your look sensitivity while aiming. Below 1.00 slows the crosshair where precision matters and leaves hip-fire turning untouched — the usual first move for someone who overshoots heads.
