ARC Raiders locks controller bindings, so the useful settings are the ones around the bindings: sprint and crouch behaviour, aim sensitivity and the voice keys. These are binding-level recommendations, not sensitivity numbers.

Sprint Toggle Raids are long; holding Shift for twenty minutes is fatigue you do not need. Toggle also frees the pinky for Z and V. PC

Crouch Hold on Left Ctrl, toggle on C The default already does both; keep hold for peeks and toggle for looting. PC
