Overworld ↔ Nether horizontal coordinates

Destination X / Z100 / -30

Horizontal block-coordinate planning only. Y, terrain, existing portals and linking behavior remain in-world checks.

Inputs are valid. Result recalculated locally.

eDPI

DPI multiplied by your in-game sensitivity. It lets two players compare settings inside the same game, but it means nothing across games because each game scales sensitivity differently.

cm/360

How far you physically move the mouse to turn a full circle in game. It is the one number that stays true across games, which is why conversions are anchored to it.

DPI (CPI)

How many steps your mouse reports per inch of desk movement. Higher DPI means the cursor travels further for the same hand movement. The number on the box is often a few percent off from the real one.

What the result actually measures

GameMath converts horizontal Minecraft Overworld/Nether coordinates, calculates frame time and theoretical pointer samples per frame, scales normalized observed deadzone to a chosen in-game maximum and estimates physical touch-target size from screen density.

Measurement boundary: Each panel has a narrow mathematical scope. Portal linking, perceived latency, game response curves and real touch comfort include behavior that the arithmetic cannot predict.

How to interpret the output

Scoped output

Every result names its unit and model so it cannot be mistaken for an unrelated game setting.

Input validation

Impossible, missing or unsafe ranges are refused instead of coerced into a plausible-looking number.

Follow-up

Each panel links the calculation to the test needed before acting on it.

Troubleshooting unexpected results

A game scale is different

Enter the actual maximum shown by the current game and verify whether the setting is radial, axial or another model.

Portal does not link as expected

The calculator supplies horizontal planning coordinates only; terrain, nearby portals and game behavior still affect linking.

Frequently asked questions

Why combine several calculators?

They share a transparent unit-first workflow while remaining visibly separated so one model is never applied to another problem.

Can the frame calculator measure input lag?

No. It calculates time budgets and theoretical samples, not end-to-end latency.

Does deadzone scaling know my game?

No. You provide the visible scale; first confirm the game’s deadzone shape and current range.
