Capcom's minimum is a GeForce GTX 1660 or Radeon RX 5500 XT with 8 GB, a Core i5-8500 or Ryzen 5 3500 and 16 GB of RAM, for 1080p with upscaling at 45 to 60 fps. The recommended RTX 2070 Super or RX 6600 XT with a Core i7-10700 or Ryzen 5 3600X aims at 60 fps. Both need Windows 11; ray tracing asks for an RTX 2080 Ti or RX 6800.
