Final Fantasy Resonance is the first Final Fantasy in HD-2D, Square Enix's pixel art with a 3D camera, made with Lancarse: a turn-based adventure of airships, crystals and espers, where Visions of past Final Fantasy characters fight beside your party. It is built on the first story arc of the mobile game Final Fantasy Brave Exvius, rebuilt as a console RPG. It comes out on 22 October 2026 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, Switch 2 and PC for $49.99, or $59.99 for the Digital Deluxe Edition, and the free demo's save carries over.
