Can my PC run Once Upon a Katamari?

Almost any gaming PC from the last ten years can. The Steam minimum is a GeForce GTX 550 Ti or Radeon HD 7770 for 1080p at 60 fps on Low; the recommended GTX 750 Ti, Radeon HD 7850 or Arc A310 aims at 1080p 60 on High. Both ask for Windows 11, a Core i3-8100 or Ryzen 3 3100, 6 to 8 GB of RAM and 6 GB of space.

Can you play Once Upon a Katamari on PC with a mouse?

No. The PC version plays with a controller or the keyboard — WASD for the left stick and IJKL for the right. Mouse controls are a Switch 2 feature.
