Drills

Eight ways to get sharper.

Every drill is sixty seconds (Reflex is twenty targets). Your best in each one feeds your rank.

Gridshot

Three targets up, sixty seconds, no mercy.

Not played yet Studio

Flick

One target, far away, gone in 1.5 seconds.

Not played yet Terrace

Tracking

Hold the beam on a runner that never keeps a rhythm.

Not played yet Abyss

Reflex

Twenty targets. React, then hit.

Not played yet Aurora

Switch

Two targets, always far apart.

Not played yet Forge

Micro

Tiny targets, tiny corrections.

Not played yet Studio

Spider

Centre, edge, centre, edge.

Not played yet Terrace

Bots

Strafing silhouettes. Head or body, your call.

Daily challenge

Same targets for everyone. Until midnight UTC.

Each drill gets one seeded layout per day. Beat the world, beat your country, and watch the top run's ghost while you play.

Sensitivity carry-over

Train at the exact cm/360 you play with.

AimFlow rotates by the same degrees per mouse count as your game, using the yaw values behind the Keymap sensitivity converter. Set it once; it applies to every drill.

You will train at 35.0 cm/360 (800 DPI).

Arenas

Five places to shoot.

Every arena is built from code, not downloaded models, so the first run starts in under a second. Two draw calls for the whole set, particles on the GPU, no post-processing.

Studio

Pure white cyclorama. Maximum readability, the competitive default.

Terrace

A rooftop at first light with a low-poly skyline drifting in haze.

Abyss

Deep water, kelp columns and light shafts. Built for tracking.

Forge

Black stone, ember drift and molten seams. High contrast.

Aurora

A snowfield under moving curtains of light. Calm and cold.

Ranks

One scale for every drill.

Each drill's raw result is mapped to AimFlow points from 0 to 10,000 against reference values. Your rank is the average of your best in all eight drills, so a missing drill costs you.

How to get better at aiming

Six things that actually move the score.

  1. Match your game first

Set your real sensitivity before anything else. Training at the wrong cm/360 builds muscle memory you cannot use.

  2. Accuracy before speed

Hold 75–85% accuracy in Gridshot, then push the pace. Hits at 50% accuracy teach spraying, not aiming.

  3. Short, daily, honest

Two or three sixty-second runs a day beat one long session. The daily challenge is designed for exactly that.

  4. Flick, then stop

Most missed flicks overshoot. In Flick and Spider, aim to arrive just short of the target and finish with a tiny correction.

  5. Track with the arm

Smooth tracking comes from the forearm, not the fingers. Use Tracking to practise holding through reversals without gripping harder.

  6. Read the numbers

Every results screen has one coaching line based on your run. Change one thing, play again, compare. That is the whole loop.

FAQ

Questions people ask.

Is AimFlow really free, with no download?

Yes. AimFlow runs entirely in your browser with WebGL. There is no installer, no account and no paywall; your results are stored on your device and, only if you choose, on the public leaderboard.

Which browsers and devices work best?

Any recent Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari on a desktop or laptop with a mouse. Pointer lock captures the mouse so your movement is one-to-one with the game. Phones and tablets can play with drag-to-aim and a fire button, but a mouse is recommended for leaderboard runs.

Does it use my real game sensitivity?

Yes. Pick your game, sensitivity and DPI in Sensitivity, and AimFlow rotates by exactly the same number of degrees per mouse count as that game. It uses the same yaw values as the Keymap sensitivity converter, so a 34.6 cm/360 in VALORANT is 34.6 cm/360 here.

How is the score calculated?

Every drill produces one number: hits and accuracy for click drills, time on target for Tracking, mean reaction for Reflex, points for Bots. That number is mapped to 0–10,000 AimFlow points against reference values, so a 6,000 in Gridshot is as hard as a 6,000 in Flick. Tiers from Iron to Grandmaster sit on that scale.

What is the daily challenge?

Every drill has one seeded layout per UTC day: the same targets, in the same order, for everyone. Scores go on a global leaderboard and a leaderboard for your country. When you play a daily drill you also see the top run as a ghost, marker by marker, in real time.

What does the leaderboard store?

A display name you choose, a country you can change, the score, hits, accuracy and (for daily runs) the timing and angle of each hit so it can be replayed as a ghost. No email, no IP address: the address is hashed with a daily salt for rate limiting only.

Why does the frame rate matter for an aim trainer?

The delay between moving the mouse and seeing the crosshair move is your real input latency. AimFlow draws the whole arena in a handful of draw calls, reads raw mouse movement, scales its resolution automatically and never uses post-processing, so it holds your monitor refresh rate on most hardware.

Can I hide the ghost or change the arena?

Yes. The arena, ghost markers, crosshair, field of view, sound and quality are all in Settings and take effect immediately. Daily leaderboard runs must stay at the standard sixty-second length; free play can be thirty seconds, one minute or two minutes.
